Payment Method - Corporate
Check, Personal Check, Cashier's Check, Certified Check, C.O.D.,
PayPal, Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover will be
accepted. We reserve the right to hold shipments paid for by company
or personal checks until they clear before releasing shipment.
Payment for Equipment –
Since all equipment is made to order a minimum deposit of 25% of the
total order is due prior to the start of construction of the
equipment with the balance due in full prior to shipment. All
equipment is custom made and deposits are non-refundable. It is
preferred that smaller orders such as a single bed be paid in full
with the order. If the C.O.D. payment method is selected 50% of the
total order is required prior to shipment with the balance and
C.O.D. fees paid at delivery. Purchaser is responsible for all
C.O.D. fees.
Payment for Supplies – All
orders for parts, lamps, accessories, and supplies are due in full
at the time of order, and prior to shipment.
Notice - All sales are
final. We reserve the right to change prices and design at any time.
A cancelled order is subject to a 25% restocking fee. There is a
$20.00 return check charge.
Return Policy - Only items
shipped in our error can be returned. All items must have a
pre-authorized code issued by our Service Department. Authorized
returns will only be accepted if they are unopened, unused, and in
the original packaging.
Delivery Time
- American Quality Manufacturing (Tropical Rayz, Perfect Tan, South
Beach): All equipment is custom made for each order. Normal time for
construction is two to three weeks. Soleil Systems: Units are
usually in stock and can be shipped within a week. MagicTan: Normal
ship time is within 30-days. All manufacturers: Factors such as
availability of materials, backlog, weather, etc. may effect lead
times for any manufacturer, and delivery times can not be
guaranteed. Any ship time given are estimated only. Travel time to
your place of business is in addition to the above listed
construction times.
Pricing - We will make
every effort to maintain the listed pricing. However, due to market
conditions, all prices are subject to change without notice. We are
not responsible for typographical errors and/or omissions within
this web site, literature, or quotes. All items are subject to
availability.
Shipping - We ground ship
all equipment FOB factory, and the best way possible for your order
and location. All freight will be shipped Prepaid Tailgate Delivery
unless prior arrangements are made. Special Carriers, Airfreight ,
Lift Gates and Residential deliveries are all available at an
additional cost. Those costs are the responsibility of the
purchaser.
Shipment Responsibility -
When a shipment is picked up by a freight company, the number of
packages and condition are noted on the Bill of Lading and signed by
the driver. As soon as the driver signs the Bill of Lading, the
responsibility of the freight is now transferred to the Freight
Company, and no longer the responsibility of the factory. As soon as
you or a representative of your company signs the freight bill, it
is no longer the responsibility of the Freight Company, but is
yours.
Damage Claims - If FedEx,
UPS, or Truck freight shipments arrive with signs of damage:
Accept delivery. If there is any visible damage or shortage you must
note on the freight bill at the time of delivery. Note: If there is
no visible signs of damage at the time of delivery, but then
discover "concealed damage" when you open the cartons, you are still
eligible to file a damage claim. You have 48-hours from the time of
the delivery to have the freight inspected, even if you are not
ready to use the merchandise.
Write the condition of the shipment across the face of the Bill of
Lading and have the driver sign it. Make sure notations are on all
copies of the freight bill.
Always write on the freight bill "no internal inspection made at the
time of delivery”.
The driver will instruct you of the necessary action to file your
claim.
Claims should be made for the purchase amount, shipping charges to
replace or repair damaged items, and labor to restore to original
condition.
Call us immediately for assistance in filling your claim and
replacement of items that were damaged.
