Wide Body VLR & VHR "Mega-Beds"
These huge Wide Body VLR & VHR beds have all of the great high quality; high performance features you’ve come to expect from our standard and big frame beds, but these provide a true upgrade bed with up to 46-body lamps and up to four high-pressure facial lamps. Construction – True all metal construction and the only hand welded steel frame in the industry for many years of reliable performance.
Finish – Baked on powder coat finish similar to that used in the auto industry to keep your investment looking like new for many years to come.
Comfort – Super wide octagonal tunnel design for a complete all around even tan and body contoured for added comfort for your customers. Lamp cooling fans and built-in body cooling fans (along the side of the tanner) keeps the tanner cool.
Lamps – The VLR model comes with Cosmedico VLR-TT 100 -watt, and the VHR model comes with Cosmolux 160-watt VHR lamps. Each of these lamps are combined with polished aluminum reflectors with 99% reflectivity for excellent tanning results. Optional facials are 400-watt true high-pressure lamps for a bronze face.
On-Board Timer – A digital on-board timer is standard on all of or commercial for stand-alone operation or remotely with T-max or other systems.
Added Features – Additional quality features include a steel piston mounting system (not plastic), and a 3-minute cool down mode that brings the lamp temperature down between sessions.
Serviceability – All electrical components are accessible in an optional pull-out drawer (standard on the 323 models). Acrylics are easily removed by simply removing two hex screws that release the metal support strip.
Warranty – All of this quality is backed by one of the best warranties in the industry that includes a lifetime warranty on the frame, three years on the electrical components, one year pro-rated on the acrylics and shocks, and a 90-day labor warranty.
